1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and u9bet ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the u9bet website, mobile platform, and all associated services including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slots, fishing games, and any other gaming products offered through the u9bet platform at https://u9bet.bio.

By accessing the u9bet website, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the u9bet platform and should close your account if one has been created.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with u9bet's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and u9bet. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms shall take precedence unless expressly stated otherwise.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Use of the u9bet platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during their use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age. u9bet is an adults-only platform. Players under the age of 18 are strictly prohibited from registering, depositing, or participating in any gaming or betting activity on the platform.
• You are accessing the platform as an individual acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party or corporate entity for the purposes of gambling.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion agreement with u9bet or any other gambling platform that would prohibit your participation in online gambling activity.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, affiliate partner, or immediate family member of an employee of u9bet or any of its affiliated companies.
• You are accessing u9bet from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not explicitly prohibited under local law applicable to you personally.

By registering an account on u9bet, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the eligibility requirements listed above. u9bet reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any point during the account lifecycle. Providing false information in connection with an eligibility determination constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any account balance.

3 Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of u9bet services, you must register a player account. Registration is free of charge. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You agree to notify u9bet promptly of any changes to the information you have provided.

One Account Policy: Each individual player is permitted to hold one and only one active account on u9bet. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or using different names, phone numbers, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. u9bet employs device fingerprinting, IP analysis, and payment method cross-referencing to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts associated with that individual will be closed and any balances, bonuses, and pending withdrawals will be forfeited.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your username, password, and any OTP codes associated with your account. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. u9bet will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify u9bet support immediately via live chat or email at [email protected].

• u9bet support agents will never ask you for your password, full OTP code, or PIN. Any communication requesting such information is fraudulent.
• Two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP is available to all players and is strongly recommended for account security.
• You must use a unique password for your u9bet account that is not used for any other online service.
• u9bet will log all login activity including device type, IP address, and timestamp. This data is available to you in your account security settings.

Identity Verification (KYC): u9bet operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Players will be required to submit identity and address verification documents before their first withdrawal is processed, and may be requested to re-verify at any time. Failure to complete KYC verification within the stated timeframe will result in temporary suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is complete.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on u9bet are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). u9bet supports a range of local and international payment methods to serve Bangladesh-based players. The following table summarises the main payment methods, their processing times, and applicable minimums:

All deposits must be made from a payment account or card registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment source belongs to another person — are strictly prohibited. Where a third-party deposit is identified, the deposited amount will be returned to the source and the transaction reversed. u9bet accepts no liability for funds lost as a result of third-party deposit attempts.

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. u9bet reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal, including but not limited to proof of identity, proof of address, and confirmation of the payment method used for deposits. Processing times stated above apply to standard verified accounts during business hours (BST, UTC+6). Withdrawal processing may take longer during public holidays, peak demand periods, or where additional verification is required.

u9bet does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals via local Bangladesh payment methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). International card withdrawals may be subject to fees imposed by the card network or issuing bank, which are outside u9bet's control. Any applicable fees will be disclosed at the point of transaction before you confirm the withdrawal.

5 Bonus & Promotions Policy

u9bet offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the terms set out in this section and any additional specific terms published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between this general bonus policy and a promotion-specific term, the promotion-specific term shall prevail for that promotion only.

Welcome Bonus: The u9bet welcome bonus is available to new players making their first qualifying deposit. To receive the welcome bonus, players must opt in at the time of their first deposit. The welcome bonus is subject to a wagering requirement, which must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds (for sports bets), and validity period are specified in the current welcome bonus promotion page.

• Bonuses may only be used by the player to whom they were issued. Transferring, selling, or assigning bonuses to another player is prohibited.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, and per device. Attempts to claim multiple welcome bonuses via duplicate accounts constitute bonus abuse.
• Free bets and free spin bonuses carry a maximum conversion cap — the amount of real-money winnings that can be converted from bonus play is capped at a stated multiple of the original bonus value, as specified in each promotion's terms.
• Bonuses expire after the validity period stated in the promotion. Expired bonuses and any associated bonus winnings are forfeited automatically without notice.
• u9bet reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Players who have already commenced wagering requirements on a cancelled bonus will be given the opportunity to complete those requirements within a reasonable period.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type. Slots typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements, while live casino games, table games, and virtual sports may contribute at a lower percentage (e.g., 10%–20%). Full contribution breakdowns are published on the promotions page.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on u9bet are subject to the general betting rules set out in this section, in addition to any sport-specific or game-specific rules published on the platform. By placing a bet, you confirm your understanding and acceptance of these rules.

Bet Acceptance: u9bet reserves the right to refuse, restrict, or limit any bet at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason. This includes but is not limited to situations where a market is suspended due to a live event development, where the requested stake exceeds the maximum permitted for that market, or where the system detects unusual betting activity on an account.

Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits vary by sport, market type, and account tier. Current stake limits are displayed on each betting market. u9bet reserves the right to apply individual account betting limits at any time without prior notice, particularly where irregular or professional betting patterns are identified.

Obvious Errors: In the event that a bet is accepted at odds that were displayed incorrectly due to a technical error, data feed failure, or human error, u9bet reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the player's account. This right extends to situations where the error is identified after the event has settled. u9bet will always notify affected players when bets are voided under this provision.

• Cricket bets: All BPL, T20, IPL, ICC, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures are subject to official match result confirmation before settlement. Rain-affected matches follow the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method where applicable. Abandoned matches are voided unless otherwise stated in the market rules.
• Live casino games: Results are determined in real time by certified live dealers or certified RNG systems. Disconnections during a live game round do not void the bet if the round has already commenced. Players are advised to maintain a stable internet connection before placing live bets.
• Slots and instant games: Each spin or game round is resolved independently. The RTP (return to player) rates for all slot titles are documented by the game provider and available on the game information screen.
• Fishing and specialty games: Outcomes in fishing games are determined by certified RNG systems. Skill elements within fishing games influence target selection but do not override the RNG determination of prize amounts.

Settled Bets: Once a bet has been settled and winnings (or losses) have been applied to your account, the result is final unless the settlement is subsequently corrected under the obvious errors provision above. Players who wish to dispute a settlement outcome must contact u9bet support within 48 hours of the settlement date, providing the bet reference number and a clear explanation of the dispute.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the u9bet platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, crawlers, or any other non-human means to interact with the u9bet platform, place bets, or exploit bonus systems.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the source code, databases, or backend infrastructure of the u9bet platform.
• Colluding with other players, including in live poker or live dealer games, to gain an unfair advantage over the house or other players.
• Using the u9bet platform to launder money or facilitate any financial crime. u9bet is obligated to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities and cooperates fully with law enforcement requests.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, identity verification, or any communication with u9bet.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, harassing, or discriminatory conduct toward u9bet staff, support agents, or other players via any communication channel.
• Exploiting software bugs, display errors, or technical glitches to gain an unintended advantage. Players who discover a bug are required to report it to support immediately and refrain from exploiting it.
• Accessing or attempting to access another player's account, or assisting any third party in doing so.

u9bet employs active monitoring systems including behavioural analysis, IP tracking, and device fingerprinting to detect prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is suspected, u9bet may freeze the affected account pending investigation without prior notice. During a freeze, the player retains access to view their account balance but may not place bets, make deposits, or process withdrawals until the investigation is resolved.

8 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, u9bet, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the u9bet platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service.

u9bet's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

u9bet does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. While u9bet takes reasonable measures to maintain platform availability, scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may result in temporary service interruptions. u9bet will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned maintenance where feasible.

u9bet is not responsible for any losses resulting from your reliance on information provided on the platform, including but not limited to odds, statistics, match data, or promotional content. All information is provided in good faith but may be subject to change without notice, particularly in connection with live events.

Amendments to These Terms: u9bet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file or through an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except where changes are required immediately for legal, regulatory, or security reasons. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure through the support team.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and u9bet with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any nature.
